1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AI Product Accelerator ("Azoth"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

AI Product Accelerator provides AI-powered tools and coaching to help professionals build and launch AI products. This includes offer engines, ICP profilers, outreach writers, pipeline builders, lead finders, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Payment and Refunds

Pricing: The AI Orchestrator Blueprint is available for $297 one-time or 2 payments of $167.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access to AI tools, we do not offer refunds.
Payment processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI prompts or tool logic.
Share your account credentials with others.
Use the AI tools to generate harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content.
Exceed reasonable usage limits (rate limits apply to API-powered tools).

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You own all content generated by the AI tools based on your inputs (offers, ICPs, outreach messages, pipelines, etc.).
Our platform: The Azoth platform, tools, prompts, UI, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of AI Product Accelerator.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI tools is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating all AI-generated output before using it in your business. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI Product Accelerator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

9. Earnings Disclaimer

Results vary. Testimonials shown on our website are real but not typical. Your results depend on your effort, expertise, market conditions, and execution. We do not guarantee any specific income or business outcomes.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
